As A Gift

My best friend has a family tradition. For any special occasion, a birthday, a promotion, an accomplishment, her mother would serve that child's favorite food in a special dish. My friend loves hearts - so this pot was a no brainer gift a few years ago.  Now she has evolved the tradition to include using this pot to celebrate someone. It's usually mac & cheese (one of her specialties) that ends up in this pot, but she tells me, she has made many things in it - chicken soup when someone is under the weather, apple crisps for one child. Your first thought is Valentines Day or a gift for a loved one but not only is it perfect for gift giving it's so fun to serve side dishes or dips in this on any occasion. With Staub quality, even heating and easy clean up this dish performs as well as it looks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted one of these for a really long time and finally just received one off of my wedding registry. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, but also extremely well made. The lid fits nice and snug and it can actually cook / bake more than you think. Excited to use it for years to come!

Cute and functional?? 10/10!!

Ordered this product over the weekend on February 10th, didn't expect it to arrive exactly on February 14th, Valentines day, but Zwilling made sure it did. I'm over the moon and in love with my new addtion of staub products. I could not stop thinking of endless possibilities of recipes to cook.

My Valentines gift

We use this piece not only the week leading up to Valentine's Day, but also our anniversary and birthday weeks.  I also like to bring it out and use it to celebrate something special a family member has accomplished.  When my kids see me using it, they always know it's for a special reason.

I was hoping small spikes on this product but what I received doesn't have them ..  I could not know as there are no photo of the lid.  But I was sure there will be small spikes like other Staub products because I saw the photo from other country.  So I guess US Staub doesn't have them.. I wish it shows the photos of behind lids on all these products as this spikes the reason I wanted Staub... it's cute but I am not happy

No small spikes on behind lid

I purchased a Staub pot from the Zwilling website in April. Today, I used this pot for the first time to cook a meal, and I was shocked to find significant damage to the interior surface while washing it afterward.

Staub products are known for their high quality, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Considering the premium price of Staub cookware, I expected much better durability and performance.

I've attached some photos showing the damage. I want to warn potential buyers to be cautious. As a customer, I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and hope Zwilling can provide a reasonable explanation and solution for this issue.
