It is so good and helpful

I love these beef strips as they make a tasty stirfry. The package is quite large for me as a single person and I can divide into four so it is also economical.

Opinion

Taste good but I was disapointed a bit when I saw that it was mechanicly tenderised (I thought for stir fry that meat would be just 'sautée' and not have to be thorougly cooked).

Good

Good for making dishes like stews, requires quite a bit of tenderizing.

Good meat, but a little hard. Needs longer cooking.

Hard meat

Not very tender. The strips were thin and just okay. I wouldn't purchase them again.

Just ok

Picked up on April 7th night and the expiry date was April 9th. Wondering if they gave me the close to expiry meat.

Not that fresh

I opened the meat package as soon as I got home to pack it and put it in fridge. (It was still cold) then when I picked the upper layer of the meet I saw that in the middle, all of the meet turned brown… it was so disgusting I throwed the whole thing out … it was my first time buying meet from Walmart. I am sure I will never give it a try again.
