Order the Glider on Walmart website and shipped to store.  Was able to pick up  in 4 days. When I open the box, there was a crack on the seat of the chair. Called the company customer service and told them about the crack. Took photos and copy of receipt. They process the claim and shipped out the replacement part. Receive the item 1 week later. Overall was very satisfied with how everything turned out. I didn't want to repack the chair and return it back to Walmart. I recommend the chair, very smooth and quiet.

Great Glider, Awesome Customer Service

I bought this glider for my niece who had a two week old baby. She mentioned that her baby likes to be rocked when she holds him and feeds him. She mentioned wanting a glider so I looked up gliders and for the quality and good price I found this one. My niece loves it as does her baby and her older child who also rocks her brother to sleep in the glider.
My niece also said it is very cumfy and To my understanding she loves it!!!

I bought this for my second baby, because we couldn't afford one when my first child was born. I was shocked at how beautiful and comfortable this chair is for the price. Much nicer than other stores selling similar products for 3 to 4x the price. Definitely recommend!

Very happy!

This is exactly the chair I wanted. the only thing that could make it better is if the chair cushion were more cushioned. It seems a little too hard when you are trying to heal.

I decided on this glider bc it was a good price and I read reviews saying it was very comfortable. I like everything about it except a few things. It came mainly put together and only took a few minutes to put together. However, there is a big black stain on the ottoman. I do not have time or energy to send it back since baby will arrive soon!! Hopefully I can get it out with stain remover. Also, I only weigh 131 being this far along in my pregnancy and the glider made a loins clicking noise when I sat in it!! One of the screws isn't put on right and it's grinding against another metal piece. Like I said before, I don't have much of an option to send it back so I put wd-40 on it hoping it will stop. So far it has made the noise a lot less noticeable but I feel as though it doesn't glide as smoothly as it should. I wish I could have had more time to send it back but it would just be to big of a headache :( other than those two issues I like the chair. The color is very nice, it is comfortable and is roomy. I am 5'4 and can lean my head back to rest on the cushion however if you are much taller it won't be comfortable to lean your head back. I like that there are two large pockets on each side but I'm not sure what I will put in them.

Nice

I bought this for my reading chair in the den.  It is small like myself.  We put it together in minutes, (after we figured out what a barrel washer is). Everything about the chair is great except...the cushion in the bottom is much to thin.  I have only had it about a week and the cushion is already starting to get thinner and loose shape.  Other than that the chair is absolutely perfect.  I do not expect the cushioning to hold up very long, so I will have to figure something out for that, but I really like the chair.  It is just what I wanted. The chair itself seems very sturdy and will probably last for years.

Very nice

This chair was creaky and small. I weigh 180 and every time I rock back, the chair creaks. My wife weighs 145 and it does the same for her occasionally. The other thing is that the chair is so small that I can't lean my head back on the cushion cause it's too short. I'm 5'10" and my wife is 5"4" and we both have the same problem. It would be fine if you only want to sit, but I imagine being up late at night with a child, getting tired and wanting somewhere to rest your head. I took it back a week after we got it.
That all being said, if you are on a budget and this is all you can afford, it will get the job done and a it's definitely better that no rocker at all.

You get what you pay for!

Ordered this glider online and disappointed to find that when I opened the box, the wood was completely cracked in several different locations and completely unusable. Tried calling Storkcraft and their line was constantly busy. Emailed them and after 4 days, had a response that they'd need pictures, etc. in order to send a replacement. No apologies were given for the inconvenience at all! In the meantime, decided to just return it to the store and they refunded us with no problem. Tried another model of Storkcraft which was in stock in the store- the Malibu. Had no problems with it so far. Will reconsider ordering furniture online in the future, though.

Arrived broken

HAZARD!!!!! Had the glider for about 11 months.  Only sat the most a couple hours per week, about 20 minutes each day before work.  and may be a few hours on weekends.  But since I was working from home from July to Oct didn't use during that time. Just sat this afternoon and all four spindles broke on the right side of chair, three at both top and bottom.  Every one in the house heard snap.  Luckily not injured!!!
