We ordered using Site to Store and the products arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was in great shape, no ripped or damaged boxes. The instructions are the kind with just pictures and no words. We didn't pay enough attention so we had to redo some pieces. Some of the hole didn't seem to be deep enough for the little washer things but a couple bangs with a hammer and we were good. Overall, even with the screw ups it probably took an hour, maybe a little more to complete. There was one piece where the pink coating was coming off a little. We just made it the side that was against the wall. My girls loved the surprise. They are 6 and 3.

The product was shipped promptly and received much earlier than I anticipated. My husband put this bed together and said it was the easiest, well made, no pieces missing, all parts matched, piece of furniture that he has had to put together. Loved the look of the bunk bed and the price was unbeatable.

Love the bunk beds.

I bought this for my 5 yr old granddaughter - her first bunk beds. Fantastic merchandise. It arrived 3 (business) days early! All parts were there. Instructions were clear as a bell. I put it together myself in about 3 hours. It was really quite simple! It is a beautiful bed set. I got the pink one and its a rich pink, not pale. I like the slanted ladder rather than the straight one - much easier for her to climb. The bed slats are connected to each other by 2 heavy braid strips and provide an even and unmoving support for the mattress. I also like that this model comes down to 2 separate twin beds. The wood is very sturdy; the paint has not chipped at all, even during assembly, and the whole piece of furniture appears to be quite substantial.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs nice sized bunk beds for a little girls room.

Was easy to assemble, VERY fast delivery for a product that was so cheap due to the rollover it was great quality to me. Will last a long time. Very saticfied!

Simple to assemble. Sturdy for our children. A few minor "chips" in finish coat of paint and one dowel hole had been "repaired" but failed to allow dowel rod in w/o breaking. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

very cute bunk bed and seems very sturdy, however if you do not get the smaller mattress, which I didn't I used a regular twin, it does not leave a whole lot of room for the bottom bunker. Other than that it is cute and my girls love them.

I wasnt expecting much from what i had heard about walmart furniture.but i was pleasantley surprised to see such a cute bunkbed once we actually got it put together. I love the easy stairs that my daughter can get up and down from no matter how tired . And it is low enough so i can still make her bed.and still plenty of head room on the lower bunk.... She loves it !!! Great price too !

I was a little nervous about purchasing this bed online, without having actually seen one assembled.
However, once it was delivered and I started putting it together, I was impressed. It was easy to assemble, with picture & number instructions. It seems very sturdy and has a great look and feel to it.
My girls were so excited when they saw their new PINK bunk bed! They have been sleeping in this bed for over a week now, and they just love it.
Overall, when you compare the price & quality of this bed, it can't be beat! Great Value and a Great Bunk Bed!

Great Value!

No assembling instructions in the package. Luckily found over the internet on Manufacturer website. While I was putting it together I realized that it is made of low quality and soft wood and got concerned about durability of it. Right after two days my concerns started becoming fact as one of the ladder rungs is cracked, infect wood is actually tearing apart at the joint, this is really dangerous. There is no way to fix it except get new part. I am planning to return this product as soon as I get a chance to find time and put it back in box.
