This is one of the best heating pads I've used.  It is shaped nicely for neck and back.  I like the feel of the soft fabric. It has consistant heat and turns off automatically.

It's the best it stays where you put it and it's extremely helpful with the back pain. Infact I'm using it as I write this review! Stilling loving this purchase!

Never go square again!

Soft and flexible, fits snugly around the waist to hug the warmth to your back. Automatic shut-off is a plus.

Relief!

I've been using the pad to alleviate lower back pain and discomfort. Easy to put on, heats up quickly on all heat settings and the heat even on warm is therapeutic relief for my aching lower back. Great product!!!

Great Back Heating Wrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very first impression was when I  was pulling it out of the box - it was soooooo soft and not bulky.  All my other heating pads are not soft and very bulky.  So I thought this was going to be a quaint little heating sensation.  Nope.  

This was perfection.  And the ability to strap it around you helps keep that contact.   The straps did not cut into me (they are like teddy bear arms). I am overweight and it was still very comfortable for me.  

 Since the pad isn't just a square or rectangle, it really contours to the shape of your back. I felt it hit parts in the middle/high middle of my
Back that others just ignore.

This is a nice quality heating pad,  but is a little awkward if you are on the lean side.   The belt limits this from fitting tightly on me, it's a strange velcro belt combo.  I might as well buy a cheaper heating pad and tie it around my waist.

Ill fitting if you are lean.

I ordered this heating pad to use on my back.  I found that ordinary heating pads were difficult to stay in one area and this one is designed to fit the curvature of the back, plus it has a velcro strip to keep it in place.  Has the same settings as a regular heating pad.

I use it every day

I am keeping it because it is hard to find something that is not too hot and with a thick covering front and back. This one has a warm setting which is what I need for delicate skin. But the size is not right. It says 23 inches long but I'd say it's 20 inches. It would have been better if it was a bit more longer to cover more of the sides to the hips. And the strap is a great idea but I can't see this fitting big men without feeling strangled.  And the regular belt - a piece on each side - doesn't extend that much which I find weird. With the extension piece it fits just right but I am not a big person. Surprised they designed it like this.

It's ok, I am keeping it.

I bought this about 6 months ago and it no longer works  turns in by itself, doesn't heat up. Very disappointed in sunbeam....they used to be more reliable.

Terrible product

Barely luke warm. Wish I'd  reviewed ratings before purchase. I have several Sunbeam heating pads that worked great. Neck wrap and regular pads.  All with same control. This one is literally junk. Used once. If there was a zero for a review I'd have chosen that.  No receipt as it was a gift I'd asked for.
