I bought this to replace the old one that broke. It works great, the size is ample, and the cover is soft. The auto-off is a bonus, especially when I fall asleep.

I purchased one 5 years ago and it worked really well. I gave it away to help some one else and had to but again

Great product, value for money

I am quite satisfied with my purchase of the Sunbeam king size heating pad.  It heats up quickly and will turn off in 2 hours.

Sunbeam King Size Heating Pad

Just as expected! This was bought to replace a different brand that had stopped heating properly for a senior lady. She felt it was soft, comfortable and easy to use.

Perfect heating pad!

It was surprisingly fine. Continues to work and the perfect thing my husband actually needed for regular warmth daily. I was skeptical because of the other reviews and gave it a try and glad!

Sunbeam Heatpad

Works great. I usually keep it at 3 or 4. The xl size is better than the orginal. It shuts off after a certain time which is good as i usually fall asleep with it.

Pros - it has a great coverage, and the multiple heat levels are great. 
Cons - the darn plug keeps coming out of the heating pad (making for a large amount of frustration, to retrieve the cord)

Pluses AND Minuses

I got the king size pad for better flexibility for back and hip areas. The different two fabric type on each side is not a must have feature for me. The 2 hr auto shutoff  is a must safety feature if needed.  I use it 2-3 times a week for only about 20-30 minutes.  Only had it for 3 weeks and it is working fine for now.  How long will it last for dependable service life is unknown so my 4 star rating.

Great heating pad, just don't bend it or it will stop working. Mine last 2-3 years with every day use. Third one I have bought now.

Does the job

The cord comes off of the heating pad a lot. It is annoying when you are trying to sit still while in pain, and you have to get up, and reconnect it. 
The last time it happened the cord hit the floor, and a piece broke off. 
I ordered sunbeam, because I thought it was better quality. Apparently not.
