I bought the pavilion about a month ago. I mounted the pavilion and it lacked nuts and screws to finish the mounting. I showed up at the Walmart near me and the service was great to get me back what I needed to finish the set up. I also enjoyed the shipping service I could even say excellent, the delivery man even brought it to me in the back yard.

This shelter is perfect for my deck and looks fantastic.  I anchored it to my deck with lag screws and very impressed with strength of frame.  Excellent value product.
Canopy cover is attractive light brown finish, not really grey per ad.  I plan to order a backup replacement canopy as they typically wear out in 2-3 yrs.  Suggest  assemble with adjustable wrenches and socket set and discard provided wrench.  Also assemble roof on 4 top posts only and then mount bottom half of posts at end to avoid working over your head.  Only one part was damaged, the finial at the top which I am hoping Walmart is sending to me.

quality price very good

Setup is a little complex for just one person, so a helper is a must. Please read the instructions twice! It's easy to mix up the legs! Build the top first, it will make stretching the canvas roof much easier. All in all, you get what you pay for. If this lasts 3 years I will feel it's worth it.

Not Bad for the Money

I bought this product a month or so ago and just put it up last week. Some parts were rusted and broken off. The clips on the shelf bracken that attaches to the post were rusted and broken. So am going to order replacement parts as I don't want to have to disassemble it to return it. I would recommend it if all the parts had been there properly and not damaged.

No that happy with the products parts.

While all parts were with the unit when it arrived it was damaged in a number of key areas.  Some of the pieces were scratched right out of the box, and the joining pieces do not fit together well.  Make sure you have a set of channel lock pliers to straighten out some of the metal connectors.  There is corrosion right out of the box due to poor powder coating on the ends of some pieces and the bent pieces the powder coating has flaked off already.

Once together it's not bad but here's a few tips that will save you some tears.
- build it with a buddy - you need two people for a number of key parts.
- throw away the 10mm "wrench" that comes with the parts kit and use a real wrench.
- do not put the four legs together otherwise you will be working above your head.  Instead put everything else together except for the bottom of the legs - do that part after the upper section is complete
- you will need two people to get the canopy on as it's a tight fit
- the bolts for the ribs the canopy are too long and will wear through the canopy in no time.  Get yourself a bolt cutter or hack saw and trim them after they are assembled before the canopy goes on.  File the cut edge to smooth it out.  After that put a piece of cardboard/rubber/vinyl between the ribs and the canopy where the bolts are.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for, overall it's low quality and poorly designed, but I've come to expect that for products produced off-shore.  I hope to get a couple of seasons out of it but I'm not holding my breath.

I looked at the store display model and thought this would work well on my deck. Once I brought the gazebo home and went to assemble it everything went south. Firstly the package of assorted nuts, washers bolts etc. had not been sealed and the parts were scattered throughout the packing box. There were parts of the framing that were already rusty in the box!. Some of the frame parts had not been painted at all and another part of the frame had been painted with paper or something stuck in the paint. The roof trusses would not fit into the frame brackets if your life depended on it. Some of the welds didn't look like they were up to much either. This a cheap, good for nothing gazebo that I would never allow to be sold in my store if I owned a store. Thankfully Walmart took it back without any hassle.

No quality control

Not sure if we got a lemon, as my husband looked at the one in store and said the one we got was not set up the same. However, we had 8 screws missing, the top just could not fit into the frame. it would require bending the frame and possibly breaking it. My husband has set up an unimaginable amount of furniture, both for us and as a previous job. He even has done several gazebos, this is the first time we've returned something and said it is not possible to assemble.
