These briefs are comfortable and, most all, quite absorbent. They are easy to wear throughout the day. For those who prefer stripes on their underwear, that is one feature. I could do without them, as none of my underwear have stripes, but they don't affect the product's performance.

Good value

I have unpredictable urinary incontinence following a freak construction accident. I have used every product I can find. Nothing comes close to TENA. I use both the mens super plus and overnight. The quality is excellent, the fit is better than any others and there have been no leaks. If you are between sizes, opt for the larger. Great for multi hour car trips. Super Plus daily, overnight for travel. After countless failures of competitors products, I'm sticking with TENA.

Excellent capacity, retention, comfort, elastic.

I use these during the day and at night in bed. They are great for me. They absorb well, are very comfortable, and unlike when I used pads (not Tena) I don't notice any odor until I remove them. As advertised, they seem to keep the odor inside the briefs. My pants don't smell even when I have left the briefs on longer than l should unless I drip into exterior pants in the process of emptying my bladder. My only wish is that they came in another color than white like dark blue, black, burgundy, dark green.

I will continue to buy this product at the best price I can.

My 97 yr old father has been using Tena men's underwear for the last 2yrs and he is very satisfied with these super plus underwear. They are very comfortable. These underwear products does what its claims - Absorbs! Online ordering has made it very convenient and easy.

A great pair of underwear

Had been wearing another leading manufacturer's absorbent disposable underwear before trying these TENAs' and really liked the quality and design of these incontinent pants better. They are super comfortable to wear, highly absorbent, and allow me to carry on with daily activities with no problems. They are a great product for managing daytime bladder incontinence issues!

Excellent Incontinent Pants

When incontinence began to raise its ugly head, I was at a loss on how to manage this unfortunate condition that was now plaguing me. For a time I was using women's pads which, of course, were never designed for men. Then I went online and found Tena and the underwear plus absorbing pad they sell. To say it was a godsend is just not enough. I had experienced humiliating urination episodes that left a bad odor and embarrassing stains on my clothes that I could not hide. But once I used their underwear, these embarrassing episodes came to and end. I still suffer from incontinence and probably will for the remainder of my life, but I can't tell you how much better I feel knowing that there is a product out there that literally saved me. Thank you Tena is all I can say. If there were other words to better describe how I really feel I would use them, but thank you is all I have.

Maybe I should have looked at the actual waist measurements first before ordering. The S/M size begins with a 34" waist. I am a little smaller and therefore, these pull-ups feel ultra big on me and feel too loose under clothing. They do however absorb more than I thought they would. Moving forward, I'll look for another variety that does fit.

A little too big for me

I had purchased this product exclusively for the overnight protection. It appears that if you are a side sleeper like myself, the protection will be minimized as the padding is all directly in the front, extending to the back but in a side sleeping position there will really be little to no protection against leaking occurring outside the underwear. I feel this product would most likely be very good at providing protection during the day when you are up and around and have the significant padding in the front wherer leaking would occur but for overnight I feel it is very much lacking in protection unfortunately.

TENA Men Extra Coverage Overnight Underwear

I usually really like Tena products, but these were awful. The diaper leaked from all around, not just the thighs or up the back, it was like the material of the diaper was not made to hold liquid. I've never seen this happen.  I have been incontinent for 2 years now and I've tried multiple different brands and options from the brand. Tena usually does me well. My incontinence is only at night while I'm asleep, and I do pee a lot at night so I use a pull up, a pad inside the pull-up and waterproof/leak proof vinyl underwear. thankfully I had those on, or I definitely would have been shampooing my mattress that morning. I ended up doubling up the pull-up and wearing my waterproof undies and 2 pads inside the pull-up and didn't leak. I imagine if you use these for daytime incontinence for someone who is able to get to the bathroom and change themselves as soon as they feel wet, these would be fine.  But I sleep very hard for 8 to 10 hours straight. 
Tena: PLEASE go back to the older design, and Walmart please start carrying the original overnight pull-ups in the store again 👏🏻
