I wear the Tena Ultimate overnight and they sure have been a remarkable rescue at times. I have trouble moving, so I am locked into one position all night.

I have an issue with nocturnal enuresis, and have tried other brands, but the cheaper brands were ineffective, and the more expensive ones were rather pricey. After my local store began supplying TENA, I'd given a pack a try, and I was rather surprised. At first impression, I had thought the material wasn't water proof, having no experience with the cloth-like stuff before. I was pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the fact, and the material was soft and rather quiet to boot. Secondly, I was impressed at the absorbency. It holds well enough to suit me, and holds it away from your body. The second being most important for obvious health reasons. TENA has kept my mattress dry, fits very nicely with the elastic waist band, and is very comfortable to wear with the soft material. All in all, no matter the issue, I would suggest this product for anyone to use.

High Quality For a Reasonable Price

HAVEN'T TRIED THEM YET, BUT I'M SURE THEY WILL BE GREAT, I'M SAVING THEM FOR A SPECIAL DAY TO USE THEM, NOT JUST AROUND THE HOUSE. I WISH THEY WERE AROUND YEARS AGO, WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND WORKING IN AN OFFICE AT MENSTRAL TIME, SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN A BLESSING THEN. I purchased these for use for the birth of my second child. It gave me great peace of mind to know that I would not "leak" during the 45 minute drive to and from the hospital. Also, for the first week, after the birth, this product served me well to prevent leaks during the night and throughout the day. This product reduced one of my sources of stress, as I adjusted to the new baby!

not just for incontinence

I am 64 years old and I have serious problems with sudden diarrhea.. finally I can travel in peace, work in the garden, go out without fear. Their effectiveness has been verified.. slight discomfort in the groin but not caused by the size but rather because of the tissues but this is minimal considering the advantages that it brings me. It does not affect the appearance

I use this product and feel there is room for improvement. I'm not so sure this product should be classified as unisex, it seems to be shaped better for female use. As well I would find the product more comfortable if there was more padding on each side of the main absorbent pad at the rear. As it is when sitting on hard surfaces it feels like your on a bicycle seat.

Product fit and comfort

I cannot confidently wear these under heavy leakage as the absorbency material seems to clump and drop down below my equipment offering no leakage protection at all. I put this pair on last night and absorbed the leakage till mid morning the following day. also it does not contain any or eliminate odor.

The I was so happy to try this brief for my sister , and finally have one that I didn't have to change her pants and the pad she sits on . But now the new improved one is like all the other brands I've used on her , it leaks . So disappointed . Have to try another brand .

These unisex panties are not suitable for women with small bones: discomfort, losses On the other hand, it is the only model that offers a real "small" as format. The "small-medium" formats are too large. I am still looking for a company that takes into account the morphology of women and especially the one of small size because my mother needs it every night. I am very disappointed with the changes you have made to your product.

Not suitable for women with small bones

This 'new and improved' product does not provide the absorbancy of the Tena 72114 by a long shot! The inside liner splits apart and the skin comes in direct contact with the 'absorbant' layer which is no longer a protection against wetness. It is definitely not an overnighter, and it certainly doesn't bode well for an all-day wear. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I certainly do not agree with your description. We've loved the quality of the 72114 pull up which stood behind its claim and afforded our loved one more comfort. Why reinvent the product when it was excellent to begin with? Thinner is not always better if it can't hold the liquid. We've been ordering the 72114 by cases and now we are back to the drawing board to sample until we find a suitable replacement. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
