These are great rice noodles. I've tried lots of gluten free noodles and a lot of them are not great. These come with enough in the box to feed my entire family at a decent price. I tried organic rice noodles that Walmart carries and there were not nearly enough in the box, though they were yummy as well. 

These noodles are a nice change to a standard noodle. We love these for Asian dishes or just as a noodle replacement. Easy and fast to cook up. We typically cook them in chicken broth for a bit extra flavor.

I will be buying these again for my family. They are now a stable in our household.

These were such a great find! We love them in homemade curries or stir fry's. They're a versatile ingredient! It helps us keep week night dinners from getting boring. The whole family looks forward to eating these! Bonus points for a short and simple ingredients list!

Add these to your dinner rotation!

These noodles are the key to making great stir fry of any kind.  They are totally authentic and are the base of a good Pad Thai, Chinese or Japanese stir fry.   If you want something real, start here, then add your meat and veggies and find the perfect sauce.  Anything else will look and taste like your an amateur chef.

Chef's Choice

I have Celiac and cannot have wheat these are my new go to noodles. I make an excellent chow mein with these noodles all gluten free just delicious and a very clean taste and nice change from gluten free spaghetti. They are tender and perfect for gluten free Chinese cooking.

The perfect noodle for celiac patients

Did a stir fry. NOODLES turned out perfect. Prepped all things. Kept broccoli and thawed shrimp for final stir in,  broccoli and very last was shrimp. **keep shrimp in separate container. Works better and shrimp  doesn't flavor leftovers. 
Also, these noodle cook quicker than standard. 
Was able to serve dinner and have some snacks for myself. Good deal!

Thai Kitchen Rice Noodles

Just tried them for the first time and love them.  I made an Asian salad with fresh vegetables from my garden and my family loved it.

First time used will not be the last

These aren't like the cheapy fall apart noodles. They hold the sauce and are absolutely delicious. They seem small in package size but really go a long way. Perfect for Pad Thai!

I have been trying to find a pasta substitute and this is great (when fresh anyway)! It doesn't do as well if you cook all in one day and refrigerate unless it is coated in a sauce of some type. I like that I can now eat pasta again :-)

They classify this as gluten-free. But apparently it is not! I have celiac disease and tend to stick to a gluten-free diet and this product has left me on the toilet for 48 hours.!!

NOT GLUTEN-FREE

Please check the expiration date. Yesterday, i got these noodles via grocery pickup and they had actual mold on them. I didn't even know uncooked noodles could grow mold.
