I enjoy this product fora arthritic back.  I prefer it over the longer back one who rolls up where the neck one works well

One and only top pick

I've used 3/4 from the package so far. They heat up quickly and the heat is pretty consistent and long-lasting but I find them hard to position effectively while applying. I would've liked instructions or tips on where to place the adhesive end parts. I found they don't stay in place very well, maybe because only the ends are adhesive.

Expensive, not working properly, patch is not sticky,

Waste of money

This is nowhere near pictured. It's super tiny. Hardly covered half your neck  and doesn't heat well.  This is toddler sided. 
Putting a towel on your neck would have a better effect.  This was a huge waste of money and I'll be trying to rerun it tidy.

I expected it to be warmer was tepid at most.
