So the Thompson M1A1 AEG, what a gun, the box is full of all the standard stuff (bb loader, mag, battery, charger, cleaning rod)

first thing you will notice is that this gun is HEAVY, I mean a fair chunk of weight to it, the body and reciever are full metal, with mock wood furniture, however don't let this throw you off, the plastic on this thompson is thick and real durable (i smacked my forgrip with a hamer, not even a dent#

the mag it comes with is a 60rd low cap, this is good I hate mags you need to wind, and this needs no winding. #recommend at the least 3-4 more mags#

the battery is not, I REPEAT NOT charged when you get it so you need to charge it with the cheapy little charger you get with it #replace this ASAP, get a smart charger#

also after shooting and chronoing this thing I get a good 385 #+/-5#. so it is not an indoor or cqb type gun, shoots about 600-700 min#?)

all in all this is a pretty cool gun for what you pay for, I cant say for internals as I am not a gun tech, but from what I have been able to do it's pretty cool

I would recommend this to my friends, in fact one of them is getting this exact same gun.

The wood makes me feel awesome because my friends all want to get one and keep pestering me about how much it was and stuff. Great gun i highly recommend it to BEGINNERS as you can do better for a more experienced air softer.

This gun is great for a beginner as myself!

This is the second time I purchased this item. The first one quit working within the 1st couple days. Figuring it was just a flaw, I took it back and ordered another one. After we received this one, it also quit firing, the magazines in these are JUNK and made of plastic. There are no serviceable parts, so if it jams you are out of luck.

I am very disappointed in this item and would not recommend it to anyone. You would figure, if you are spending $200 on an airsoft gun, it would be better built.
