The lozenges are amazing. I chew them a bit once they're as thin as a dime or penny, but overall you're not losing all that nicotine like with the gum. Also, the flavour lasts for a long time and works well.

I don't find much difference between the MG strengths of these products so I always choose 1mg. The lozenge lasts for close to half an hour when used. Good taste and effective in reducing cravings.
