I have had acne most of my life. I have been using Benzoyl Peroxide and numerous other treatments. I recently started using Differin, which works great, but all of the cleansers I use cause reactions with it. This one is gentle enough to not cause any reactions and cleans my skin very thoroughly of all the excess oils. This plus Differin have all but cured about 98% of my acne.

Effective cleanser

It was soothing on my skin, and although I didn't see a particular improvement on my acne, it definitely left my skin feeling clean. I would repurchase this product again!

I normally use a gel cleanser, but this foaming wash was super gentle and left my skin feeing clean. Smell is gone once you rinse your face. Definitely going to repurchase this one.

Up and foams on the face really well. It is also super lightweight, but again the tea tree oil for me is a bit much. It is a natural formula so this really can't be helped. I do this it is an effective and gentle cleansing foam cleanser if you're in need of a good option for acne

Suds up really well

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use this wash along with the blemish treatment.  Let me tell you the results are bussing just after a week.  You don't need a lot at one time as long as you follow the directions on the bottle.  Soaps up great, but I do find it a bit too liquid than what I'm used to.  I'm still not a fan of the scent as it reminds me of a dental office.

I like how substantial the container itself feels. The face wash is pretty good, but I'm not sure if I would reach for it over the ones I use now.

Good foaming cleanser

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Face Wash Foam is a soap-free foaming cleanser that uses gentle surfactants. Unfortunately its pH is around 6.3 which is too high for my liking. I try to ensure my cleansers are no higher than a pH of 6, although my ideal pH is 5. Remember, the pH scale is logarithmic thus a pH of 6 is 10 times more alkaline than a pH of 5.

If you had really inflamed acne or skin this maybe could work but my skin is more normal with the occasional break out.  I would not purchase this product and will not finish the sample.
