This  is my family's and friends favourite board game. We got all the versions of it USA, Europe, Rail N Sail, Asia. Even the kids versions. It's good for kids in terms of decision making, strategy, patience and choice making etc. We love the game.  Always fun to play.  Perfect for gifting.

This game is a family favorite for all ages in our home. The smaller version is great for younger kids, and this original version is our favorite for the entire family to play. Requires strategic thinking and fun!

Lots of fun!

The only drawback to the game is the many small parts, but the railcars need to be small to fit on the board. Three over 20 years old family members had great fun playing it for the first time. Children need to be old enough to understand the rules. Trying to link various rail hubs does require strategic thinking. Not as monotonous as Clue.

Fun Domewhat Old-fashioned Board Game

Great game! Easy to learn.  Both challenging and strategic, changing each time you play. 
     We have a game night group get together at least once every month, sometimes more. This game gets chosen quite often. 
      I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

This game is perfect for two to 4 players.  It has lots of repeat playability due to the building of strategy, and the different combination of routes.  We love it!!!

What a great game. Strategic enough for serious gamers and simple enough for any adult along for the ride. No experience with how kids will take to it.

Our favorite family game. We have young adults and everyone loves the strategy required to play the game. We have gifted this to other families as well!

Great family game!

This game is fun if you have a competitive family like mine. Each player must add points that they earn multiple ways so it teaches strategy and bolsters math skills and you learn the major cities of North America. Great fun and learning to boot.

Geography, Addition and Competition

This is a great family and friends game. Great for strategy and thinking. Fun to see places around the country. Recommend the other ticket to ride countries and continent games as well.

Love the game itself. Great critical thinking skills developed for upper elementary kids to adults. Interesting strategy game. 1 star because This version sold by Walmart has train cards that are Half the size of the normal playing cards as in the TTR Europe version we have or as in the same TTR that our children have. These train cards are so small that they're difficult to shuffle and they don't stack well during game play. Saved $6 buying at Walmart for a product we then set aside ... because of the game card size. These are ridiculously small.
