Ratings & Reviews+

Tinker Bell And The Lost Treasure is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 72.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Kid's Movie This is a great, fun movie for younger children. My three year-old grandchild asks for it by name frequently and when it is on I usually find my twelve year-old daughter watching it too! It makes a point about how important friends are to us. I would recommend this one to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bad lesson While I love Tinkerbell and my daughter adores everything about her, I was disappointed in the story line of this movie. The first thing that struck me was that after breaking a prescious object, the lesson was not to take responsibility for something done, but to hide it until the last possible moment. This is not the lesson I want my daughter to learn and after watching the movie with her, we talked about the right way to handle the situation. Of course in the fictional world of Disney, everything always turns out perfect in the end, but that rarely happens in real life. I don't expect the movies my children watch to mirror real life, but with movies that are directed toward small children, I think lessons of responsibility and honesty are more important than environmentalism. I wish Disney would have taken this movie in a different direction where TinkerBell asked for help from her friends and they all found a way to fix the problem instead of her hiding the truth and basically lying to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The value of true friends! Tink is given the honor of constructing the scepter for the Moon Stone for the upcoming pixie dust celebration. After her scepter and then the Moon Stone itself get smashed, she goes on a quest to find the lost wish granting mirror. It gets found after many trials and tribulations, with the wrong wish asked for! Then the backing of her true friends finds ways to get around the problems and resolve the situation in a way that makes the broken up Moon Stone provide incredibly more pixie dust that ever in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The price is what got me. I was so glad to see this DVD available online, seeing as it was sold out at my local Walmart. It arrived like any other DVD but what sold me was the price! $13 is the least expensive I've found it for. I'm very pleased!
