[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought this as a replacement for our trailer....first time we used it...taste funny and not even warm...I could touch the pot with my bare hand....sad when we had to microwave it to make it hot....garbage....went and bought a different one.

OMGosh!  Waste of Money!!

[Employee of walmartcanada] Us tea drinkers bought this machine about a year ago and never used it until lately. What a disappointment, the basket was hard to remove and the coffee was only warm after brewing. The most noticeable problem is that the top of the basket fits over the basket like a hat and leaks water down the outside of the basket. We do not want to get electrocuted with water getting on the outside so off to the Sally Ann to deposit it then on to the store for one we can trust.

Dangerous Coffee Maker

I returned the coffee maker because the coffee did not come out warm - more lukewarm.  I only used it twice but I found the upper chamber where you put the coffee was a bit flimsy and would likely break in time.    I think with a better thermostat, and provided i got a random poor heater, the coffee maker might give you 2 years

The price is an indicator fo the quality

It does not keep the coffee warm. The plate feels hot to the touch that the pot sits on but the coffee comes out of the pot lukewarm. Even if I leave it on for an hour it is still not hot. I need to heat it for a minute in my microwave. Terrible product

Worst I have ever owned

Doesn't keep the coffee warm enough. I have to microwave each cup if i want it nice and hot.  I am returning this.

Luke warm coffee.-.avoid this

I kept finding a puddle of water on my floor. Traced it back to an area at the top of the coffee maker. Its obvious the manufacturer is aware of the hot water that is able to cascade down the inside wall onto the hotplate because they actually built a drip edge to catch the water and send it into the coffee pot. The problem is it does not catch all of it and some of it is able to run down past on to the counter and so on. I have a video of it happening and found a work around by placing a little weight on the drip spout. this keeps the water from running back towards the edge. The machine also gives off a nasty hot plastic smell when in use. Just don't buy it and you will be fine. We rarely use it so missed out on being able to return it.

Has a design flaw

This coffee maker only worked for 1 month. Not reliable at all. Plastic is super thin as well.

Terrible

I purchased this and ran 2 pots of water through the resevoir to clean it out as stated in the manual. After the second pot it stopped working. Please don't waste your money on this product. If I could rate this product as a zero I would.
