Had it for a while now and honestly, there could not be a worse coffee machine. The amount of times the pot doesn't open the perk and the coffee isnts up on the counter is astounding. If a single coffee grain gets under the filter it will clog and coffee will again be all over the counter.

Could not be a worse product

Dont waste your time, literally but any other coffee maker on the planet. Actually go a step further, literally by another brand other than toastmaster

Literal Garbage

I bought this coffee maker. It stopped working after 3 weeks.  I took it back to Walmart and they replaced it and the second one stopped working after three days.  I can not get my money back because I threw out the book
  I have the receipt. Two coffee makers quit before 1 month.

Awful

Bought this coffee maker just before Christmas because I wanted a smaller one and it was cheap. The swing open basket is terrible.. can't monitor the filter while coffee is being made. Lots of times get a pot full of grounds. Surprised no one else had mentioned that the coffee pot holds more water than the tank does, this is confusing. The spout is terrible, always spilling all over the counter. As I read the rest of the reviews here I'm realizing that it should be dead any minute anyway. Prob for the best as I lost my receipt.

Waste of $$

As other reviews state, this thing burned out after a little over a month of use - and not everyday use. Do not purchase at all! Waste of time.

Worst coffee maker

Absolute garbage. Never worked properly from the get go. Spewed coffee grounds all over the counter. Used 5 cups of water, and was lucky if I got 3/4 cup of ground-filled coffee. Only used it 3 times, receipt long gone. I wouldn't even donate this piece of junk.

This was a total waste of money. The warming plate never worked from day one. I continued to use it to brew coffee for 5 days when it totally stopped functioning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Toastmaster 5 Cup Coffee Maker to try. This is the perfect size for a person such as myself. In the past I always had too much coffee. But this maker makes the perfect amount of coffee for me. I'm glad I got to try this 5 cup maker by Toastmaster.
