Followed directions closely, and included carrots and potatoes wrapped in the foil lining for a one pan meal for my Vegan sister-in-law and Vegetarian brother.   It was very tasty.  Everyone agreed, even the non Vegans / Vegetarians.

Although it says cook from frozen, I found letting it thaw in it's basting juice (recipe included) over night in the fridge produces a softer, more textured Tofurky.

It's depends on how you cook it...

Tastes like rubber, reminds me of tofurky deli slices (which I like) but compressed and the taste and texture is just not good enough in 2024, there are better plant based roast options

Absolutely the worst I have ever had. I eat vegan and plant based. Had a great plant based turkey, different brand and store.Can't express how awful the one from walmart was!

Just plain awful

Never buying this again. I didn't have a lot of options since my store's online selection didn't have a whole lot at the time so I thought I'd give this a try for Christmas. I was disappointed to find out just how tiny this thing is (not much bigger than a baseball) and that the frozen gravy bag takes up almost half the weight in the box. When I read the ingredients, I thought it was going to be similar to seitan, which I've tried before multiple times and liked, but no. The texture on the outside is tough and rubbery, the inside is only slightly less so. I followed the instructions on the box and even had to come up with a good basting liquid for it (since it doesn't come with one on its own and I figured it'd probably not have much flavor without one), but I am definitely never buying this again. Honestly, if it weren't for my hate of wasting food and money, I wouldn't bother saving this for leftovers. If they have it at your store, just get the Gardein meat-free stuffed turk'y instead. Better texture, crispy outside, even the stuffing has more flavor. And it's SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Sadly I did not have that option this time.

Even the grinch wouldn't bother stealing this.

I followed the exact instructions on the box, even made a baste recipe for it. A little after 1.5 hours I get to try it, and it's SO hard that I had to use all of my strength to get a fork in to cut it. Cutting with the knife was also incredibly difficult.  The taste and texture is not horrible but definitely not good and the stuffing is bland. The gravy smells awful and tastes like sweaty feet. I'm not picky and I avoid wasting food at all costs and this went to the trash immediately. A solid 2/10 cause if you were starving to death you might consider eating it.
