I had issues connecting to the toy and also to the app. It kept connecting and disconnecting. I had to restart the entire process multiple times. Once I finally got it to work, it was very confusing on what needed to be done after that. When I turned the cube certain directions, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I gave up on it multiple times after trying to watch videos, reading multiple pages, reviews, etc on how to get it to work properly. It's now in the back of her closet.
