Many different recipes can be adapted.

These steaks are long and thin in height. 
I put salt and kept in fridge for about an hour. Heat pan with 1 tbsp of oil and a tbsp of butter and 2 crushed garlic cloves and a spring of rosemary. Pat dry the steak and sprinkle black pepper powder on each side. Put it in the hot pan let sear for 2 minutes then turn and cook for 2 minutes more. Turn down the flame and let it cook more for 3 minutes on each side and you get a medium steak. Yummm Enjoy

Pan Grilled Steak

If I wanted these for a stew where I was cooking them low and slow, it's probably what I would choose honestly as I love this cut. But for a steak or even stir fry I found them a little too tough. Super small as well for that purpose. But it's the sacrifice you make when doing an online order and relying on someone else to choose your meat.

The price reflects the quality

It is a nice quality top sirloin cap beef steak.  Reasonably priced and good quality.

Not sure why they choose meat that is expiring within the next date of purchase?  Without fail, if I don't cook it right away it starts going bad.  If you woyldn't put it in your cart, please refrain from adding it to mine.

Very  sinewy with a great deal of shrinkage. Will not purchase again

Top serloin

One of the three steaks was so tough that most of it was inedible. The other two were very small, thin and tough.  I would not purchase or recommend this item.  I am also very disappointed in your offer of GROCERY20.  It is very difficult to redeem. I have had two other offers which for some reason are unredeemable. I have tried to redeem three offers, and was unable to get the discounts.
