I bought 8 of these to give to my family members as holiday gifts. I gave one to myself, pre-holiday. I have longed for an umbrella with the blue sky inside for over 40 years, since I first saw one in an art museum catalogue. And now I have one! I'm so happy. It's very beautiful. It's a little hard for my arthritic self to open it (requires some hand strength), but the closing mechanism is divine. Also, the inverted closing style is really cool.

I saw someone with this umbrella and immediately asked where she got it. She said it was a gift so I had to search. Bless the Googles, brought me right to your website. The umbrella is extremely well made, an engineering feat. Nice heavy fabric and very good looking. A little odd the way it folds but makes perfect sense!

I am a sucker for cool umbrellas and this is the coolest.

This is the best thing around. I have told family and friends about how much I love this inbrella. I never feel a single drop of rain, and feel so happy with the sky print above me! Everything works so smoothly, opening and closing this InBrella is so easy that I look forward to rainy days!

I love that this comes in so many patterns. I bought the Clouds pattern for myself, the Zodiac pattern for a friend, and the Flower Garden pattern for my friend's mom. I love how whimsical the designs are. The Clouds pattern reminded me of a similar (but much more expensive and much more flimsy) umbrella that I saw for sale at an art museum in New York City. My friend loves astronomy so the Zodiac pattern was perfect for her, and my friend's mom is a very classy lady so the Flower Garden was a very fitting choice for her as well. It makes a great last minute gift because it's so quirky and it's something they can actually use. My only complaints are that since this isn't a compact umbrella, it can be a little cumbersome to carry around, and I wish it came with a button to open as well. The button that's on the handle can only close the umbrella shut. I'm glad it came with instructions taped to the handle, otherwise it would have totally bewildered people why the button on the handle doesn't work for opening the umbrella.

Very whimsical design

I have seen commercials for the inbrella on television and I liked the way they looked and they seemed more useful than a regular umbrella. Then I met a woman who had just gotten hers and it was raining really hard. She told me she loved it. A few days later, I ran into a friend that had one--and again it was raining--and he told me that he thought it was great--no getting wet when he got into his car. I immediately bought mine. So far I like it but I have not used it in the rain yet!

I would recommend this imbrella

I cherish this umbrella like it is the best thing I've ever gotten for inclimate weather. Since the first time that I gazed at it, I knew the design was unique and being that I needed a new sturdy umbrella with the ability to drain water easily, I had to go with this one. I still have my first Totes Umbrella from High School and it is still holding up (at least for now) Thank you totes!

Love this Umbrella

I like this inside out version of an umbrella. The totes version has a great classic handle. The way this umbrella closes, it holds the water inside and keeps you from getting wet. The only negative is that it doesn't have a tip on the top like most full size umbrellas. However, without the tip, it actually stands up on its own when you put it down.

Great umbrella style!

I love, I really LOVE my new umbrella. This was a great idea inverting an umbrella, it makes getting in & out of the car a joy & the handle is comfortable too. I knew I would love my umbrella so much that I purchased two, one for me & one for a friend who lives in a more rain falling area. My friend absolutely loves her umbrella she said that it is one of the best gifts she's ever gotten for her b'day in her 65 years!

Inverted Umbrella

Ordered my normal size and the fit very well, we are in a deep freeze right now so I won't get the wear them until late Mid May but the are cutest comfortable ( would be cuter in aqua blue or bright yellow) , so maybe they will give adults some fun choices in the future.Fast approaching 50 I suddenly started feeling uncomfortable when wet so these are are my first rain gear purchases and definitely not my last.

Almost as comfy as crocs without the water holes.

I was excited to use this umbrella, so when I was excited to use it when the first rain of the season came. The umbrella felt sturdy. My co-worker who has the same kind of umbrella, but different brand said this one felt stronger. I got compliments from it. I will continue to enjoy using this umbrella.

Cute and sturdy

When I bought this umbrella, I trusted that the Totes brand ensured that I would receive a quality product. Therefore, when my umbrella arrived, it was raining, and I let my daughter use it. Imagine my dismay when she later reported that it would not stay up! She could not use it during the rainiest day we have had in a while! So, thinking that perhaps it was a fluke, I tried to get it to stay open, too, but it would not stay open! I pushed as hard as I could (as a final try), and it stayed open. Unfortunately, even though I pushed the "close" button, it STAYED OPEN! Horrified, I put it down on the floor, pushed the button with all my strength, and it finally gave way and closed. I was so dismayed that I immediately put the closed umbrella back in the shipping box for return. This was such a disappointing purchase! I cannot in good conscience recommend this umbrella. The plastic shaft and plastic buttons do not operate well. They feel cheap, and do not appear that they would last. By the way, I am no weakling; I Iift weights, and the effort that it took to open and close this umbrella was ridiculous!
