Ratings & Reviews+

Tracy Anderson: Dance + Cardio - The Complete Workout is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from A complete waste of money. I honestly can't believe this video was released. I can only comment on the first 20 minute routine since I haven't gotten to the second. I can't imagine that I will. So basically it's a lady dancing around to techno music. She's a performer, not a teacher. There's no "do this, do that". She doesn't attempt in any way to teach or instruct the person. So I guess form doesn't matter. I can't imagine this video being good for anyone. If you're familiar with a lot of basic aerobics moves, then this will not challenge you. If you're rusty or not familiar with aerobics then good luck. If you watch the video over and over and over you might get it. I want an instructor, not to watch a person exercise and try to copy them with no help or encouragement. I could watch an N'Sync or Britney Spears video, copy their moves and save my money.
