Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great work out, not for beginners I love this work out. I think it it's best if you are not a beginner and don't need a lot of direction. The leg/butt work out is crazy good. Be prepared for the arm section it is killer. The abs work out is very good, but you will have to pay close attention to what she does next. If you do the work out as recommended 5 to 6 times a week, you will definitely see results. Walmart sell this DVD for almost 1/2 of what Amazon sells it for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful workout, if you want to WORK! I bought this DVD to "train" for Tracy's Metamorphosis series. Here's the deal, it's a great workout and Tracy's research in how to reshape different body types is evident. I could see a difference in my figure almost immediately. However, there are times during this video, where Tracy offers absolutely no verbal guidance whatsoever, and to make it more difficult to follow along, the camera angles during these moments seem "lacking". I was OK with it because I have a background in dance and kinesiology and have taught as a dance professor as well as a yoga instructor. I was able to pick up the steps very easily and perhaps inherently knew what she wanted. For someone without a background in movement, I do not recommend this video, I would understand frustration might come easily. On the other hand, the workout Tracy has designed makes so much sense and works so well, I might encourage such a person to just keep watching and trying to make sense of it all until they are able to pick up the moves. You will love the results. Tracy's workout is definitely a breakthrough!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Great Workout I bought this DVD back in April and use it 2-3 times a week, very pleased with the results. All muscle groups get an intense workout. Unfortunately there is not a lot of verbal instruction, keep working at it and you will catch on. The arm section is by far the most difficult, felt those muscles for days. If you are looking for a different workout routine, give this one a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome workout video This is an awesome workout. I began it and had no trouble at all following Tracy. She explains before each sequence what she is trying to achieve and gives explanation of reasons for each move. It's very challenging and you can really feel you're working your muscles and changing your body in no time at all. I do it 6 days a week and have lost weight and feel great after I do it. She must have the air conditioning turned way down because she doesn't sweat at all. If you do this workout, you will definitely pour sweat which I really like. It really gets the toxins out and cleanses your system as you reform your body. If I could give this a higher rating, I would. I'm so pleased with the results I'm achieving. I'm so glad I found this DVD!!!
