Good value for money

We bought this for our Christmas and our first use was two days ago. We were extremely disappointed!  We owned one in the Netherlands made by Tefal and it was very good quality. After one use, the top grill has been damaged by the heat and oil. Sad that this isn't designed very well, or with durable materials.

Sad workmanship but great idea for a sociable meal

Iif your goal is to use it one time or two, that is it, after the second use the grill non stick surface started to come out and rusty, don't waste your money

Extremely bad quality

Poor quality materials, thin. Cooks a lot on the edge and little in the center. The raclette trays do not stay in place. Disappointing.
