Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ballet Workout It was a moderate workout for me. I thought it would be a little different having taken a Ballet Workout at a local gym. I thought there would be more dance involved but it was more of stretching and toning then a dance but it gives you a good workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Way to Start or End Your Day This DVD is perfect way to align your body, mind and spirit. The workout stretches and strengthens your entire body in a short amount of time. James D'Silva's voice alows you to forget your concerns of the day as you move through each pose. The bonus twelve minute meditation is an amazing way to end the work out. This workout has dramatically improved my posture as well as my grace and muscle definintion. I look forward to doing this workout several times a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not too hard! Not too easy! I only used the chair part of this DVD but thoroughly enjoyed it. It is challenging because the movements are exact, sweeping, and grand. I am not a dancer but have been working out my whole life. I am in my fifties and worry about repetitive stress and impact. This tape is gentle and exacting yet it is somewhat challenging. It won't be your tough workout but will be the enjoyable one before or after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Much Fun! I have a couple of Trudie's DVDs and I love them all! This one was no disappointment. I had previously ordered The New York City Ballet's workout DVD's and hated them. Much to hard for me, long and disjointed. Trudie never fails to give me a good workout that doesn't feel like one, I'm having so much fun pretending to be a ballerina! Would recommend for all levels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent and easily learned I did ballet when I was young and have done zumba and other dance workouts. Even when I have been having knee problems I can still adapt this to my situation and get a good workout. It also makes you feel elegant afterwards. The narration by DaSilva can be a little distracting at times and I think he rushes some moves. But overall I think this is a good workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trudie Styler's Scultp and Ballet I studied ballet as a child and love to watch performances as an adult.  I did the tutorial once to remind my body of the names and the movements. It is easy to follows James DeSilva through the entire class. The chair routine, in short, makes me feel lovely.
