I bought a box of Tylenol Complete and for the past two days the night time tablet have keep me up. For example it's 1:32am on New Year's Eve and I cannot sleeeeepppp!

Timely Help

We have been using Tylenol Complete for years. It really nips colds and flus in the bud.   I  cant find it anywhere lately so I hope it hasn't been discontinued.  No other product works this well for us.   Hoping to see it back on pharmacy shelves and online soon.

Indispensable for cold, cough and flu symptoms

I have relied on this stuff a time or two with those awful flus that leave u reminiscing on the times you could breathe through your nostrils but took it for granted and it worked.

Works well

I purchased the Extra Strength Tylenol complete cold, cough & flu formula.  The daytime medication seemed to help my symptoms, however the nighttime medication kept me from sleeping until approximately 5:00 am.  The medication was taken at 10:00pm.  I would NOT recommend the nighttime med.

Insomnia

My wife & I took this for the 1st time when we were exhausted & suffering from a bad cold only to be kept in a state of complete sleeplessness ALL NIGHT LONG!   Nothing but pure misery!
This product should be pulled. J&J knows this after all they print it in the tiniest print possible!

Unfortunately despite using this product, it didn't help me at all with my cold or stuffy nose. 

It did stop my nose from running but it didn't help relieve sinus pressure (it actually got worse) or my cold symptoms. I tried this product for 2 days with no relief. Tried a competitors similar product and I saw results after the first dose.
