I love this product, it leaves my clothes really soft and with a light aroma, so it's okay if you don't like strong odors. It is super easy to apply and the packaging brings the exact mefida to use. It does not leave residue on your clothes once you rinse properly. It lasts between 10 and 15 washes according to the volume of clothes per load

I haven't done a laundry in years without Downy and hope it's never necessary to have to.   The April Fresh scent greets me each time the linen and clothes closet doors are opened, and what a pleasant experience that is in a world of unpleasant ones.

Wow! I am so impress! I love how it delivered! Its way too fast and safely.  I love this  Downy liquid fabric softener.  I've been using this product for a long time. It makes all our clothes, bed covers, bed sheets and blankets smells good, smell so fresh and softer to touch!

I LOVE IT!

Downy is the only fabric softener I use! The original April Fresh fragrance is a nice soft fragrance without smelling too “perfumey” or heavy.  I’m very sensitive to fragrance and it doesn’t bother my allergies or asthma. I use it in every load. It makes my clothes and towels so soft and smell so good. No more static in the winter either!

Downy Original is the Best

I have used Downey for many years now and have never used any other fabric softener that actually does what it says it will do.  Downey is still the best softener yet.  I will continue to use it until you prove me otherwise.  I do prefer the April Fresh over all the other scents you offer.  I hope you never change this scent or get rid of it.   Five Stars plus.....................

Best ever fabric softener..............

I love Downy original scent liquid fabric softener. My mom used to use it on our clothes when I was growing up. I have tried other scents and brands but this is by far the best! It softens your clothes while in the washer and makes them smell fantastic! This combined with the Tide pods is my pick! I still use drier sheets (Bounce) but I will always use this liquid softener as well. SMELLS FABULOUS!

Reminds Me of Home As A Child

Love Downy! 
Makes our clothes smell so fantastic! I have a new front loader washer so not sure if this has anything to do with it but my clothes aren't as soft as they used to be. I compensate by adding a bit more in the rinse phase. As long as my clothes continue to smell like "Downy" and they're soft from the Downy I will never use anything else. Downy, Tide w/Bleach and Bounce, winning combination!

I love this product and recently decided to give Walmart.com a try. My family was in need of fabric softner, so I ordered my usual. I will be honest, I was nervous about the idea of UPS tossing my package containing a liquid around, but I was pleasantly surprised that the bottle was in tact and not leaking when it arrived! Walmart.com tightened the lid and then applied packing tape over it so it couldn't accidently come loose during shipping. I really appreciated the extra care in shipping a simple, everyday item. The product is great and I am very satisfied with walmart.com's shipping procedures! I won't hesitate ordering online again!

I've been using it for years...

I've used Downy since I moved out on my own, over 50 years ago. In that time, what used to be a great thick, creamy liquid softener, has become so watery that I'm going to switch to the sheets. Plus the fact that I saw on the news that the containers aren't even being recycled!

Becoming too watery

I am disabled and I do most of my shopping on line and am usually very satisfied with everything but not this time!  I was so disappointed after receiving the large bottle of Downy!  The reason you ask?  Well, it wasn't the Downey itself because I love Downy and what it does for my clothes!  The reason was because after receiving the package, we opened it and every thing was nasty!   Everything was covered in Downey!  Not nice, not only was it a big mess that we had to clean everything off but  it wasted a quarter of the bottle!  Usually you have it taped shut but this time someone is slacking off and not doing their job!
