I like this ground beef, it's always fresh and cooks up nicely. I find there is little grease drained out afterwards unlike the regular ground beef.

Fresh, lean and the lowest amount of fat that I've ever experienced with ground beef.  Would definitely buy again and again.  Very tasty.

Fresh, Lean, and Delicious!

If I'm being honest, the shape is weird but the meat it lean, tastes good, and so far, no quality issues. Just the awkward tube that brings it to a 4 instead of 5...but I can understand the need/cost of it.

Makes a great smash burger!

Lasted me and my boyfriend a few weeks along with other foods, it's a bit greasy but if you strain the meat its okay!

Good product

This was great for making Taco. I liked the fact that it didn't have a smell, there were no visible blood, and was fresh.

Not best quality but pretty good especially for price.  I like it in a roll better then trays too, less air sealed better that way.  Easier to portion too.

Experience has been half good, half bad this year (first half of 2025).  Some of them are slightly sour smelling to downright foul with still a week to go for "best by" date.  Others are perfectly fine.  The inconsistency has caused me to shop for beef elsewhere and to decrease buying it as much...

Quality control issues?

For Lean ground beef there was a lot of fat in it, more like regular ground beef.  It did not smell the best raw either.  Would not recommend.

Too fatty

This is the second time... there was water mixed in the beef. I managed and cooked in a restaurant. I know what frying ground beef looks like. I know what it looks like if there is water in it. No it is not blood from the meat. It is someone adding weight to the package of beef. Mixed in the meat. Tired of getting ripped off. I have been buying your product for awhile. It used to be good.

Sick of buying garbage!

Going to return it tomorrow as I was cutting it up to freeze smaller portions. I found a really nasty blob of something like white and almost like like crusty chicken and it was smelly. It was disgusting.
