One of the only meal replacement options that have ZERO SOYA. I have severe food & drug allergies and I am deadly allergic to Soya. 
I love that it only contains 11 ingredients, high protein and very low sugar so it is good for diabetes. 
It's becoming increasingly difficult to find anything that hasn't changed the ingredients in the last year and they now contain soya.
 I have to read labels every time I shop as almost everything has its ingredients changing, to now include soya protein, soya oil, soya flour etc. This is happening with many foods and the label doesn't say anything about ingredients changing. There isn't any noticeable change to the packaging, labels etc without a noticeable change to the packaging but when reading the ingredients list it has changed and will contain soya, soya oil, and/or soya protein. 
This product, the vanilla tastes good, basically tastes like runny vanilla pudding. 
I use it when taking my medication & it makes swallowing medication easier, as it helps the pills slide down my throat. 
I also love that it only contains 11 ingredients & because of its main ingredient of oatmeal and flax, it helps keep my bowels regular and doesn't cause constipation.

Love this, drinking it daily for over a year.

I don't usually like protein shakes but this one is really tasty. The low sugar and dairy free is a nice touch, I often find these kinds of beverages too sweet but this one was not bad at all. I do feel like it still has that distinctive odd protein shake taste that I can't place but it's quite good overall.

This nutritional shake is a big letdown. The flavor is gross, far from the delicious vanilla I expected. It left a weird aftertaste that made finishing the bottle a chore. If you're looking for a tasty lactose-free shake, I'd skip this one. There are better options out there.

There are better options out there.

I had these in the fridge in case of emergency. On the 21st, I had an emergency when I could barely eat for a few days. I took one out of the unopened cardboard, took out a bottle with the Best Before date being July 26, 2024, and I opened the cap with an unbroken seal. I put the bottle to my mouth, tilted it back, but nothing came out. I looked at the opening to see if there was an inner seal, but there wasn't. I squeezed the bottle gently, and up came some stuff as thick as pudding. I was so disgusted, I lost my appetite even more, as I thought I would vomit, and I could no longer eat a thing for quite some time. I will never, EVER buy Boost again as long as I live! The thought of it still haunts me.

I don't know if we would have enjoyed this parody, I did a grocery pickup and didn't see until I unloaded my brochure home that it was 6 months past the expiry date. Needless to say we didn't try it.
