I am a creature of habit. With the exception of the weekends, I pretty much have my Vega Chocolate smoothie everyday for lunch. I use my vitamix high speed blender to blend the Vega with my mushroom powder mix, blueberries, powergreens, and homemade almond milk. Yum!!!

Originally turned off by the flavour and texture of the OH Natural, I was sent a sample of chocolate and tropical smoothies. I was skeptical as I wanted to avoid extra flavours, additives etc but reviews and product info has assured me that all the ingredients are natural and necessary. The chocolate is amazing! I decided to go with less than a full scoop of powder, banana, unsweetened almond milk and bit of yogurt, its like i'm eating desert for breakfast! I'm looking forward to tweaking the tropical one and hopefully find a good mix of ingredients to use up the Natural. Looking forward to trying new flavours in the future as well!

I made it w/coconut milk 13oz/1 tbsp of egg substitute(used a brand called "The Neat Egg"), but can use powered egg whites instead ,1 scoop of vega choc protein, 1 kiwi peeled, 1/2c blueberries, and last in was 1/2c frozen mango. that was very good. I love chocolate and won't be giving this up any time soon. I used this product for the first time, and I was also wondering if this and the other vega vanilla protein and greens powder were the same powder, but the scoop in this powder is smaller than that one. Overall it tastes fine, a little powdery, but it is ok.

I have enjoyed this product. Recently went to buy some and saw the addition of Zanthan Gum ... also no mention of Soy. The ingredients list pea protein/protein from a blend of vegetable sources. No mention of Soy as an ingredient but also no comment such as "may contain Soy" or "does not contain Soy." Is there any Soy in the product?

Is There any soy in Vega Chocolate Protein Powder?

My mouth would actually water while I was waiting to fix my breakfast smoothie (Tropical) every morning. Got my sister hooked. We loved our blended drink for years. We usually added a bit of Dr. Ben Kim's Greens, an egg, a banana and goat milk instead of water. Then one day the ingredients changed and stevia was added. OMG it tasted horrible. We missed it so much that, years later, we are trying one pouch and may try the unsweetened natural version.

So disappointed

I wish I had read the review about the silica pack before I ground it up in my smoothie! The printing on the packet is TOO SMALL, and the packet itself is TOO SMALL. It fit into the scoop so went unnoticed by me - until after I sipped it, then saw the chunks of wrapper in my smoothie. Why not just make the thing long and skinny so it will stick out if you accidentally scoop it? Even though I know it's gone from the remainder of my package, I find myself completely turned off from even making another shake. bleah.

That silica packet

I was trying several different protein powders from changing from my old (body fortress). I use my powder in milk which your product say not to do. I tried in in water. I tried it in Orange juice. I tried it in sugar free jello. It still has a bad taste and was gritty. Also it was more expensive per serving than all but 1 of the other products i tried. I decided to use UNJURY. It is a good marketing ploy for it to be 100% plant based is you are going after vegetarians. However, i do not see many vegetarians being obese.
