I ordered two teakwood rocking chairs.  One chair was missing one piece of wood that finishes off the bend of your knee and polishes off the chair.  I sent a message to get the piece but have heard nothing.  Happy with one chair; one chair incomplete

Missing a piece, doubt I will ever get it.
