This chair was an exceptional disappointment. Not only did the chair arrive in pieces but not all of the hardware was included. MOST IMPORTANTLY the photo of the chair appears to be for an average size adult, once we opened the box it was very obvious that no average adult would be able to sit on it, or use it in the way we anticipated…. Sit and recline. Sending chair back to manufacturer today, Walmart: shame on you. 
You state that you are committed to making sure customers get what they expect, and then you follow that statement by saying that item descriptions are written by the third party seller and you do not verify any of the content. That's a very loose committment!
