Very good, my friend likes it.

Doesn't work like I had expected. There's only one heatcsetting and you barely notice it. The massagevfunction isvtoo intensecfor me and even though I can change it from fast to slow, I still found it uncomfortable and not at all helpful for my sore neck and shoulders. Will be returning this item.

It was helpful when it just stopped working after only a month and a half. 
I am 100 pound and treated it with care but one day I went to use it and only the heat turned on and not the vibration.  I'm a little annoyed because I now wish I'd spent a little more money on a more reliable unit.

Came broken. Will not power on. Cord to wall probably.  But box was thrown out. So couldn't return.
