[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Wahl heated Neck and Back massager and vibrating massage wrap is a spa in a box. I love this thing. I have never been one to go some where for a massage so when I heard of this I was all for it. I deal with tension migraines and carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and neck. This Definitely does wonders! I am not sure how I made it so many years without it!!

It was helpful when it just stopped working after only a month and a half. 
I am 100 pound and treated it with care but one day I went to use it and only the heat turned on and not the vibration.  I'm a little annoyed because I now wish I'd spent a little more money on a more reliable unit.

Stopped working after little over a month.

Came broken. Will not power on. Cord to wall probably.  But box was thrown out. So couldn't return.
