After some research, I decided on the weboost from Walmart - pick up from store (due to the postal strike).  Our signal outside is quite poor (-125 dbm roughly or worse), and non existent inside, had to sit in the car with the car charger to make phone calls (if i could get a signal), or go outside and deal with the weather (if i could get a signal).  It was also a bit weather dependent. Always downgraded my cell from LTE+ to HPSA to get anything internet related done and force my phone and the tower to give me a signal.  Now with the weBoost we can make phone calls like we are in a major city with proper cell coverage, and can get a proper LTE+ signal (-105 dbm inside), or HSPA+ (-24 dbm inside).  It does the job well, even during the latest snow storm.  Using my cell phone as a hotspot I can read the news, get email, and stream YouTube no problem.  You use their website to find the tools you need, select an app to use a tool and map to find your closest tower with the best signal strength.
