As this was shipped as a gift, I don't know yet how they like it yet.  It took very long to be delivered but with the Covid restrictions, it was understandable.  However, there were no updates and that was frustrating because I wasn't sure it was going to be sent at all.  The website seemed dormant so I was unsure if it was even open for business  I think better communication is needed.  For that reason I hesitate to order again.  After the Covid crisis, I'm sure there will be much improvement.

After reading the ingredients for the Ice Cream recipes, and instructions on how to make the ice cream, I thought returning it was the best option, and so I did.

I had to return the ice cream machine

This freezer makes it best and quick...about 50 minutes.  The bucket holds the cold and the motor is strong.
