Dry white cheese, not creamy at all, crumble just by trying to use fork or desert knife. Hard yo put on bread and spread.

Very Dry, crumbled white Western Creamery Cheese

Tried to spread on bread and it crumbles in small pieces, it is not possible to spread smoothly and evenly, very dry and even hard to open vacuumed bag, must use scissor to cut the edge and go around package. Taste not that much like milk but rather like saw dust. I cannot recommend this cheese, because I did not experience good things about it.
