Ideal for small countertops, saving space efficiently.

This is my first time using this brand and I have not used it long enough to give a solid review. However, one strange thing about this microwave is that the door does not open until you have unplugged the microwave from the socket. I'm not sure if this is a factory flaw or a safety mechanism...

I am really happy with this microwave.well worth the price.it is very quiet ,works well and looks good

Small,well built but some confusion when 3 small red lights lit up in clock section. Nothing in the manual.Thought something was wrong but it means it's working. Customer service got me answer quickly.

Well built

I bought this microwave a month ago & so far I'm happy with it. I use it to heat food or drinks & rarely for cooking. It was reasonably priced & cheaper than many other options so I didn't expect perfection. It does take double the time to heat food through, especially if frozen & the buttons require some extra pressure to work but these are only mild irritations.
Overall, I'm happy with the product considering the price.

Nice affordable microwave

Westinghouse seems to be less user friendly than most other brands.
Not complicated but necessary to take 2 or 3 steps to accomplish what 1 button would do on other brands.

Just purchased

LOUD.  Buttons have to be pressed very hard. Door won't open after you use it until you press the stop button. So annoying.

Whoever designed this thing should be fired

Its okay. Just that the noise is too loud

It's acceptable

Microwave came damaged scratched and dented. Functionally working however cosmetic damage doesn't look great for my new brand microwave in my new home.

Very difficult with the pad,  First of all , is all in black you cannot see the numbers, you got to press several times to get going.

Not very friendly ,

Returning it in a month. Its making a screeching noise and the plate jerks while on.
