This is my go-to lip pencil for several years now.  Not overly soft, it goes on easily and stays on, unless you chew your lips or eat, lol.  "Lay Down the Mauves" is a color that matches my natural lip color, so I often use it without lipstick, just to define  my too-thin lips.  Got a great price this time, always buy two or three at one time.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced lip liner in a beautiful color... look no further. This lip liner is precise and doesn't feather. I absolutely love this liner.

Pout Gel Lip Liner - Lay Down the Mauves

perfect texture, smoothly glides along the lips to give you the velvety rich color. Has some really beautiful color. If you want you can fill up your lips with just the liner and that'd be perfect itself.

Nice in every way

I absolutely love this liner! It's my favorite color  and my go to color. I was half tempted to give this a terrible rating so no one would by it.  Unfortunately for me, I knew that would be wrong.  You won't be disappointed, I use it as an all over lip color with no shame. #laydownthemauves

Please don't buy this?

The price is the best part, but this liner compares to the top/expensive brands.  The down side is that you can't order online and get them delivered (I don't know why) and their color selection is very limited.  The stores that carry these rarely, and I do mean rarely, have them on their shelves  It must be a hot item.

GREAT FOR THE PRICE - HARD TO FIND

I'm used to high end water-proof lipliners.  I have to say this one is comperable.  I love the color for a truly nude as most people have a bit of mauve, pink or berry in their lips naturally.  This liner goes on very smoothly and wears much better than most.  I really love this lip liner and it's affordable enough to give to my clients.

Great easy to apply, long wearing lip-liner.

This lip liner is one of my favorite go to makeup needs. It adds just enough color to add life to my lips for running errands or hanging out with friends. The price is great too. I have had more expensive lip liners, but keep returning to this one. Ive been buying this product for years now and am still just as happy.

Nice and creamy but not too soft. Would of ordered more but they only had that color in stock. All other nudes, roses, mauves and peaches were sold out.

Lip pencils

I absolutely love the color on the "Red the Scene" 656B liner, but it is very difficult to use because the gel is way too soft.  When trying to line my lips, it always collapses or breaks onto my lip.  I then have to use my finger and spread the color on my lips as a fill in, which is still pretty.  This would be a fantastic product if the gel liner was firmer, leading to perfectly lined lips!
