A small contraption that looks like a nuclear chimney: air goes in the bottom, through a filter, then comes out the top. I have it on my dining room counter and it works wonderful! The only setting that makes noise is high, so I only use this setting while I am at work. It arrived with remote, battery and large filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had this on for about 3 days now in an open-ish 750 sqft area.  works like a charm. doesnt take away all the smell because, ya know, smell seeps into things, but the air is noticeably cleaner. this is important in a home with too many pets like i have. im happy with this purchase.

It is really quiet, works great %26 is easy to use. I had been sneezing every night for months. I would even get woken out of my sleep to sneeze %26 then couldn't go back to sleep. I did all of the things %26 then tried this purifier I have not sneezed since I got it. I am so thankful.

I like this air purifier, because when the air is not clean, the blue ring will turn red that's your notification that your air is not filtered.And clean.  it's a little noisy but nothing to complain about. Then, the ring will turn blue again when it's filtered.I like that feature.The dislikeThe blue ring acts like a night light.So if you're a sensitive sleeper, this may not work for you.

3 stars on scent because there is no scent. 4 stars on quiet because when it is really working hard cause it detects something on the air it is a little noisy. 5 stars on everything else. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and a friend who visits regularly who is horribly allergic to dogs and cats. The last time he visited I had placed one of these in the guest room and one in the kitchen living area-to my amazement they relieved the allergens in the air to the point that my friend had ZERO problems. I now leave one running in my kitchen 24/7.

Allergy slayer!

This has a night mode to keep it quiet at night. Why you sleep.  It has an automatic mode where it picks up the speed of clearing the air.When particles are found, and then you can always adjust the mode manually.  it clears a room quick and it does the job!

So far, this purifier is helping with the VOG. It's extremely quiet and was easy for o plug in and turn on. The icons are not as user friendly so I did have to look them up in the user guide. The air seems cleaner and we are not coughing or sneezing as much.

Nice purifier

Easy setup %26 works well - was skeptical at first, but sprayed some air freshener in another room %26 almost instantly the unit turned from blue to red %26 the fan speed increased, indicating it detected particulate matter in the air.  After a week, already noticed a difference!  Purchased to assist with allergies related to live Christmas trees - had no issues!  Highly recommend, especially for the price.

I love this purifier, very sleek and effective in cleaning the air. it is a little loud on full blast. Settings are easy to understand and light is color coded. Automated settings will allow the machine to adjust to the airs needs, which I am fond of.

Crisp, clean air!

This item is a bit bulky but seems to be working well and was easy to clean the filters. The main problem was getting access to the filters, the instruction said to turn it upside down and turn the bottom part counterclockwise, however two people together could not do that. Finally we turned it on its side and were able to Turn the bottom entrance to the filters. I think they did it so it locks tight, but it's a bit too tight. I can feel that it's moving a lot of air but it's very quiet. I like that it has automatic particle detection that turns the fan speed up or down depending on what it finds..

Bought this thing can't tell if it's working because my house will be Smokey and it'll take like 10 min to register that my air is dirty..and it's usually always blue ,but I have another one different brand that changes color while this one is usually always blue..(the light lets me know if the air is dirty and blue is clean) it's supposed to change colors..maybe mine is defective
