When I read the others review I was in doubt but I give a try, and I am very happy, the assembly is not complicate, you just need to pay attention in how to connect the parts at the right place like a puzzle and the parts will stay in place. My one year old hold that parts to stand up. I am very satisfied and my son is enjoying a lot.

This is nothing but a disappointment. I wish I'd read the reviews before we asked for it as a gift for our 12 month old baby girl.

The ramps constantly fall off. We can't even get 2 of them to go in at all. So the ball just stays stuck (if it descends at all).

I don't like to frustrate my baby!!!

I called the manufacturer and received a very rude response. She started off with "what do you want me to do about it?" and it got worse from there. I will never buy one of their products again, which is a shame because we love the mirror bag and the rolling catepillar.
