I only recently discovered Ambrosia apples in a bag from Walmart and I love it. It is softer than the Royal Gala apples and is sweeter. It's small so it's a great snack. This is my go-to for apples now.

Highly recommending this! Very fresh, sweet apples although small in size, that I actually prefer. Needless to say, price is good too.

Small but good apples

Sometimes they are really good Juicy and Crispy but then other times they are not crispy and not much flavour - I think I like my Gala better

Some apples were rotten and had to be thrown out.  The others tasted good. The picker was not careful at all.

Rotten.

All ambrosia apples except one are rotten from the core. The one that was not rotten tasted a lot worse than other ambrosia I bought from other supermarkets.
