I love these carrots, they cook easily, and last in the fridge before opening the bag at least two weeks. The liquid one sees is normal, I seldom had any problem of spoiliage. I recommend to cook (or eat raw) the entire pack once it's open.

Great product. I use them as a all natural healthy dog treat instead of other products filled with crap that are not as nutritional. I eat them raw too. If there are any left!

Your Fresh Market Baby-cut Carrots.

I really like these carrots and mostly use them when preparing a roast in the slow cooker. I use them whole most or the time but sometimes cut them into smaller pieces, especially when making soups and stews. Much easier than using a larger carrot. I like that they are prewashed but still rinse them a bit before using. They also work well for when you want a healthy snack.

I'm one that has never liked carrots whether they were cooked or raw I would not eat them. I got these carrots rub them in olive oil seasoned with salt pepper and some brown sugar and bake them in the oven. They were absolutely amazing and I eat carrots once or twice a week now.

These carrots are perfect for snacks and meals also. I used them this time in a pot roast . They were convenient, easy to use ,did not have to peel them or wash them did not take a long time to cook and they were good and just the right tenderness for our liking and fresh and very tasty.  The amount of carrots you get in this package is a lot compared to the price that they are. I recommend these carrots.

These baby carrots always arrive fresh, firm, and bright orange with zero sliminess. They have a fantastic natural sweetness and a great, satisfying crunch right out of the bag. They are pre-washed and perfectly sized for effortless snacking, dipping, or tossing directly into a sheet-pan roast. The bag stayed fresh in my crisp drawer for well over a week. Perfect quality and convenience at an unbeatable price.

From May 2026 I still have 1/2 bag of these. I use them simply for stews and cooked garnishments. The raw taste I'm afraid is a bit bitter, not that sweeter flavor I'm used to..
Having said that, I never find rot in the bags, never overly soft or spoiled pieces and with the number of CDC %26 FDA perishable safety warnings issued this year, we need to be on our feet and be aware of what your buying.
