Ratings & Reviews+

ZeroWater® Silver Tumbler With Ion Exchange Filter is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pure water, small quantity I purchased my zero water tumbler at Bed Bath and Beyond last week. It comes with two chambers - the upper chamber holds tap water and the lower chamber holds the filtered water - neither is very large. Also, the upper chamber sits loosely inside the cup, so you have to be careful about getting water in between the two because it will contaminate the water in the chamber below. Well there is a nice advertisement and instructions on how to put it together there is no information about maintenance. How often do you change the filter? How often do you wash out the cup? Every time you use it, after a couple of days, once a week? It takes about 10 or 15 minutes from the time you fill the upper chamber until the time the lower chamber fills with water. I put my cup in the refrigerator so that the water is at least a little chilled before I drink it. You have to be careful when you're filling the upper chamber because if you overfill it it will actually spill in between the upper chamber and the outside of the cup and leak down into the lower chamber. Once you screw on the lid it locks everything into place. I like the idea of a portable zero water tumbler. However because the filter is so large and displaces so much of the area below your actually only getting somewhere between possibly six to eight ounces of water with each filtration. I find I have to fill the cup about 4-5 times a day just working in my office which is equivalent to about I would say two bottles of water. It is bothersome to keep filling the chamber, however I like the idea that I'm no longer using bottled water.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Takes way to long to fill! I got the silver tumbler for my birthday. I drink 4-5 bottles while I`m at work. This thing takes 10-15 minutes to fill as you have to fill it up 3 separate times!!!!!!!! Also it`s not very portable as the filter in this thing is massive! I would not recommend this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from love it... but I've had my blue tumbler for about 2 weeks. I love being able to eat at restaurants and drink filtered water. Since I drink a lot of water, It's terribly inconvenient to have to unscrew the cap to refill. Please consider a flip open top for refilling. And I agree with previous comments that the straw sticking out causes leaks as I carry the tumbler home. It needs a sealed cap for drinking. For ideas, check out the Blender Bottles at or the Tervis tumbler flip top lid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It!!!! I read some of the other reviews and I have to disagree! When I first purchased mine, I was curious if it actually help 26oz. of water since the filter was so big so I took my 4 cup measuring cup filled it to the 26oz mark and began filling my new tumbler. To my surprise it took all the water but maybe half an oz. and that is probably because I didn't fill it all the way to the straw line for fear of overflow when I put the lid on! I have no problem with it fitting in my cup holder in my car also in the pocket on my backpack! I had another brand (I won't mention) and the water taste so much better with Zerowater! I use it at work and fill it before I leave home and 4 - 5 times at work! I LOVE it and am so happy I happened to notice it when I was buying the other brand's filters!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from can't close the top This was a gift and the concept is great, How am I supposed to take this on the go with the top always open. Dumb concept to not be able to seal the top. I don't want a cup always open, walk, run, hiking, car, anywhere I go I close my water bottles and open when I want a drink, not always open with a straw sticking out. Horrible design -F grade on the design

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it but.... I love the travel concept but wish that the cup would not spill (closed top with no straw sticking out) and... my cup cracked and now leaks. The crack is in an odd area so it looks to be from design and how if fits in regular cup holders.
