2 lrg Red Onion sliced ½” (1.5 cm) thick
1.5 tbsp Our Finest Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil (22 ml)
1 tbsp Our Finest Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (15 ml)
0.25 tsp Table Salt (1 ml)
0.25 tsp Black Pepper (1 ml)


  1. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Spray an 8x8” (20x20 cm) foil pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place onion slices in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat. Place onions in a single layer on prepared foil pan.
  2. Place foil pan on grill. Grill 5 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
