3 cups Plain yogurt cold 10% , preferably Méditerranée
0.5 cup Honey
Vanilla Ice Cream

For blueberry-swirl

1 cup Blueberries
0.25 cup Honey
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1) Preheat barbecue to medium-high
2) SCRAPE mixture into a pre-frozen ice-cream-maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, 30 to 45 min. Transfer to a covered container and freeze up to a month.
3) To make Blueberry-swirl frozen yogurt, combine 1 cup blueberries with 1/4 cup honey and 2 tbsp lemon juice in a small saucepan set over high. Bring to a boil.
