- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Beat first 3 ingredients with whisk until well blended; set aside.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables and seasoning; cook 5 to 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min. or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Spoon over pizza crust; top with cheese.
- Bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
The trick to fluffy, moist eggs is to stir them as little as possible while they cook.
Top pizza with 2 cooked and crumbled reduced-sodium bacon slices before baking as directed.
