Cajun Chicken & Alfredo Pasta

|3 tbsp||Becel® Oil|
|2 tsp||Cajun seasoning|
|1 lb||Boneless skinless chicken breasts|
|1||Bell Pepper quartered and seeded|
|0.5 cup||Andouille Sausage Chopped|
|1 clove||Garlic Chopped|
|1||Knorr® Sidekicks® Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Side Dish|
- In medium bowl, combine 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Oil and the Cajun seasoning; add chicken and bell pepper pieces, tossing to coat. Grill or broil, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, about 6 min. Slice chicken and peppers; set aside and keep warm.
- Heat remaining 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Oil in medium saucepan over MED-HIGH heat; cook sausage, stirring often, until browned, about 3 min. Stir in garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 sec. Add tomato and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 min.
- In same saucepan, cook Pasta Side Dish according to package directions, reducing water to 0.75 cup (175 ml). Serve chicken and peppers with Pasta.
