5 med Russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1" (2.5 cm) pieces (about 10 cups chopped)
1 can CAMPBELL'S Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
0.75 cup Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Black Pepper ground
2 tbsp Chives Chopped (optional)


1. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water until fork tender. Drain well. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Mash until a desired consistency is achieved.
